Rick Hohnbaum - Former Administrator with the City of Monroe, Oregon

A longtime Oregon resident, Rick Hohnbaum holds a bachelor of science in social science from Western Oregon University and a master of public administration from Portland State University. While working toward his graduate degree, Rick Hohnbaum sat on the city council for the city of Yamhill.

Over the course of his diverse and accomplished career, Mr. Hohnbaum has served as director of human resources for Lower Umpqua Hospital, and both business manager and chief finance officer of Compliance Service of America. He has also accomplished a great deal as a public official, leading municipal operations as mayor of Sherwood and city manager of Reedsport, among other elected and appointed positions.

Rick Hohnbaum most recently served 3 years as a city administrator with the city of Monroe. This position allowed him to capitalize on his considerable experience in small town and rural community governance to act as city planner, chief finance officer, and human resources director.
